Licensed Minister, Christopher Hurst is duly called by the General Conference Executive Board of ELCM to be the ELCM Mission Development Pastor for North Dakota and adjacent States. In this capacity he serves as the Assistant to the President of ELCM and as a contact for any wishing to explore the possibilities of the "Evangelical Lutheran Conference & Ministerium of North America." He resides in Minot, North Dakota.
