| ELCM provides resources for Congregations and for
pastors seeking to explore centrist Lutheran alternative options. A number of our congregations have successfully obtained their freedom in
Christ. They have been able to move from their former Church bodies with their property
and assets. The pastors and leaders of these congregations are willing to give an account
of their efforts and to share the wisdom they have obtained by going through their
respective journeys to Freedom in Christ.
Study guides and learning resources are being prepared by ELCM in
order that the members of a congregation seeking Freedom in Christ as well as the
pastor(s) and staff members of a congregation may be well prepared for all that may
develop.
Please know that others have gone before you and have successfully
trod the path that leads to Freedom in Christ for their congregation and Pastor (s)! Again
please also know that ELCM is willing and ready to be of help through the ELCM
Freedom in Christ resources.
If you are the pastor of a congregation, or if your are an Elected
Council or Board member of a congregation or if you are another concerned leader of a
congregation - please feel free and welcome to writeus by Email or Snail (U.S. Postal
Service) mail in order to request the "Freedom in Christ" Study resources.
When you write us please tell us who you are, your congregation, and
your position in the leadership of your congregation. Make specific request for the ELCM
Freedom In Christ Resources.
